Intern Disciple
I was born into my Christian family and accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior years ago. I have been mentored by Pastor Tony coming up on four years in October. I have learned much and am eager to continue learning the Bible along with Evangelism and Apologetics. I am looking forward to my position and assisting with the fine congregation here at the Cross of Christ Church. My position description is as follows. A pastoral disciple intern is someone who participates in an internship program under the guidance of a pastor or church leadership, with the primary goal of being discipled and trained for pastoral ministry. This involves a combination of theological education, practical ministry experience, and personal mentorship. Essentially, it's an apprenticeship where the intern learns by observing, participating, and growing under the mentorship of a more experienced pastor.

With God all things are possible!

I have been given the wonderful privilege to be part of the Prayer Ministry here at The Cross of Christ Church Ministry. I have felt for many years that Intercessory Prayer is what God has blessed me with and the desire to do so. Prayer has been my lifeline, and it has been such a blessing. Talking with God on behalf of the members of this congregation and those in need of intercessory prayer is such an honor. I was ordained in 2004 then went on to serve in a Nursing Home Ministry for many years. I look forward to praying for you and your needs as they may arise.
At Greater Works Bible School of Ministry Tony and Ron are aptly nicknamed “Sons of Thunder,” Our father was known for his fierce temper. Not that we rage or cause disorder, Ron explains. “God has seen our hearts and my brother Tony’s broken spirit, troubled by past fears of abuse and longingness, unsure of love from our father on earth.”

Not that we rage or cause disorder, Ron explains. “God has seen our hearts and my brother Tony’s broken spirit, troubled by past fears of abuse and longingness, unsure of love from our father on earth.” he continues. “Truly, Tony and I lived through the storms; we felt pain and saw trembling.” Where is God in the storms? Ron spoke of their past not to solicit sympathy but merely to encourage others to turn tears into laughter and forgiveness, to discover strength from memories of tears and pain. That we are bound by the love of our family and relatives. But it is God the Father who is in control for all things work together for those who love the Lord.
For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
